5.  Daily lessons are conveniently delivered by video.  They're typically 15-30 minutes long.  Lessons can be watched at any location with internet service and at any time.  

6.  Each day includes one or two homework assignments.  The homework assignments help participants to personalize and succeed in sugarfree living.

7.  Participants who complete the 10-day program and write a short review receive an "It's the sugar, stupid" mug as a gift of gratitude.
