My name is Karen Bentley, and I help people get WARRIOR STRONG through my one-of-a-kind training programs that develop mental toughness, emotional resilience, as well as physical and nutritional strength.  I ask people to do the hard thing, and they do it.  The Love Experience is for everyone who wants to fall deeply madly passionately in love with self. There's nothing like it anywhere.  And lastly, my Sugar-Free Miracle Diet System teaches carb smart living for fast and easy weight loss, a super-charged metabolism and to increase the probability of high functioning longevity.  

Most importantly, I'm the proud new happy owner/operator of The BigHeartCenter in historic Stafford Springs, CT, the future home of the warrior's academy, the world's largest heart museum and an ancient faerie habitat.  

Previously, along with my late husband, William Bentley, I was co-founder of The Bentley Company, a consulting company specializing in help-desk solutions for large multi-national corporations.

Lastly, I'm a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in education and exercise physiology.  I was the valedictorian and top performing student in my college and winner of the Boston Bouve’ Award for academic achievement.

My favorite quote is "ad astra per aspera," a Latin phrase that means to the stars through difficulty.
