My name is Karen Bentley, and I help people get WARRIOR STRONG through my life-changing training programs that develop of mental toughness, emotional resilience, and the practice of extreme self care.  I'm also the creator of the Love Experience, a one-of-a-kind event for falling deeply madly passionately in love with self. And my Sugar-Free Miracle Diet System teaches carb smart living for fast and easy weight loss, inflammation reduction and increased longevity.  

Most importantly, I'm the proud new and happy owner/operator of The BigHeartCenter in historic Stafford Springs, CT, the future home of the warrior's academy, the world's largest heart museum and an ancient faerie habitat.  

Previously, along with my late husband, William Bentley, I was co-founder of The Bentley Company, a consulting company specializing in help-desk solutions for large multi-national corporations.

Lastly, and please excuse the shameless bragging, I'm a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in education and exercise physiology.  I was valedictorian of my college and winner of the Boston Bouve’ Award for academic achievement as the top performing student.  

My favorite quote is "ad astra per aspera," a Latin phrase that means to the stars through difficulty.
