  1. The Sugar-Free Challenge starts the third Monday of every month.
  2. The first 3 days of the challenge are preparation days.  Think of them as "get ready and get set" days.  Having the right mindset, the right foods and the right tools dramatically increases sugar-free living success.
  3. The next 7 days are about sugar-free living.  Each day is tracked for conformance to plan and to understand mistakes or problems, if they occur.
  4. Every participant gets

    - A weekly meal planning tool and shopping list
    - 9 recipes and cooking demonstrations
    - Opportunity to make a video and share what you learned about sugar-free living
  5. Daily lessons are conveniently delivered by video.  They're typically 15-30 minutes long.  Lessons can be watched at any location with internet service and at any time.
  6. Each day includes one or two homework assignments.  The homework assignments help participants to personalize and succeed in sugar-free living.
  7. Participants who complete the 10-day program and write a short review receive an "It's the sugar, stupid" mug as a gift of gratitude.  


FEE:  $250, which is affordably priced at $25 per day
