I work full time on a cruise ship, and I had low expectations about how the sugarfree miracle diet was going to work out for me. Surprise surprise. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. It was easy for me to find foods to eat from the cafeteria for employees where I ate every single meal. Samantha Z.
This program lays everything out in a way that's easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to do. I really like that the weekly cooking plan cuts down on the number of different meals I had to prepare. I also like that the recipes are for familiar foods. Not being burdened by a new and big cooking requirement played a big role in my ability to do the 7-day Challenge. I work full time and I have a family. Most of the time, I just eat whatever's handy. The 7-day challenge was a really good start for me. I lost 3.5 pounds on it. Kristen G.
I really like to cook and I've been 40-50 lbs overweight most of my adult life. It wasn't that hard for me to adapt my favorite foods to fit the sugarfree/carb smart program. So far I lost 22 pounds, and I plan to keep going, Thank you. Bill B.

I used to be a huge binge eater, meaning that I'm the kind of person who wants a whole pumpkin pie, not a wedge; and I'm the kind of person who wants a whole bag of oreos, not a cookie or two. People who don't suffer from binge eating have no idea how exasperating and how devastating it can be. I remember eating like a low-fat, low-calorie saint most of the time, and then I'd undo all my dieting goodness by eating huge volumes of food in a day or two (or longer).
I was at my wits end, so to speak, until I was exposed to the idea that sugar might be the culprit in my diet. Somehow, intuitively, I knew this solution was going to work for me, and it did. At the time, it was a novel, outside-the-box and controversial solution. Low fat was the name of the game. Now there's wide recognition that sugar is an addictive substance. It took me about a year to take off 70 lbs. I maintained the weight loss and successfully stuck with the sugarfree regime for another couple of years.
Then I got the not-so-bright idea that I was so disciplined, I could handle a little sugar now and then. Aw-oh. Big red flag. I quickly reverted to the shannigans of having a whole cake (or whatever portion was left of it) or a whole pizza. You get the idea. I'm pretty sure one of my eating binges lasted a couple of years. It horrified me, and of course, the 70 pounds came back on again.
Finally, it occurred to me that, duh, I can't handle sugar in my food supply unless it's a miniscule dose and and unless it's mixed in with an otherwise sugarfree carb smart meal. This realization put me back on the path of sugarfree living, and I got myself down to the task of losing the 70 pounds a second time. I've been sugarfree ever since. I'm never tempted to try just a little piece of any food made with sugar because I dont want to deal with the disruption and turmoil that comes with it. I can still overeat, almost always because I skip a meal and let myself get hungry. That said, I dont binge and it's a huge relief.
Bottom line: being a binge eater turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me because the solution of living sugar free made me super healthy on the inside. I've never had a serious illness. I only take a 5 mg dose of a blood pressure medication. I have big energy. I age slower than my peers, and I look 10 years younger than my chronological age. My bloodwork is good. Every health advantage came to me from living the SugarFreeMiracle Diet. I hope it will come to you, too.
You give me 10 days, and I give you a new way to eat, a new way to live, a better way to look, and big energy!
